Ryan Rodney Reynolds was born on October 23, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. An actor, producer, and entrepreneur, Reynolds became one of Hollywood's most beloved stars through his comedic timing and self-deprecating wit. He gained prominence with the romantic comedy The Proposal (2009) and Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place. However, it was his portrayal of the irreverent anti-hero Deadpool in the record-breaking Deadpool (2016) and Deadpool 2 (2018) that cemented his status as a global superstar. Off-screen, Reynolds is a successful entrepreneur — his Aviation Gin brand sold for over $600 million, and his Wrexham AFC football club ownership has been widely documented. He is married to actress Blake Lively.
